Nos dejaron entrar antes del horario, la habitación estaba limpia y cuando el aire no funcionó nos cambiaron enseguida a otra con mejor vista a la piscina y al jacuzzi, que los niños disfrutaron muchísimo. El desayuno variado, buena ubicación con restaurantes cerca y excelente atención del personal, (Gracias Celso por tu amabilidad y en especial de Celso. Hotel tranquilo e ideal para familias. 」

「Our suite was very comfortable for 3 of us. Plenty of room. Very quiet and private. We liked the upstairs lounge area. The staff were really helpful and nothing too much trouble. I loved the Claus Porto toiletries. The food in the hotel restaurant, Pot and Pan is fantastic. Fine dining at very fair prices. I would love to come back to this stylish haven. 」

「のんびり静かに過ごせました。 リバービューの景色も最高でした。 浴槽も大きく、バルコニーも広いように思います。 リバービューでの朝食は贅沢でした。 朝食では、普段フルーツをあまり好まないのですが、フルーツがとても美味しく沢山頂いてしまいました。沢山の種類のフルーツがありました。 再度、滞在出来るよう・・・両親にもプレゼント出来るよう・・・ お仕事頑張ろう！と思いました。 毎回、５ツ星ホテルもしくは４ツ星ホテルに滞在しますが、 私の中で再度滞在させて頂きたいと思えるホテルでした。 滞在させて頂き、大変ありがとうございました☆彡 」

「Everything was fine. We booked the hotel because of the location and that it had an elevator. The elevator was very small and slow, but it fit 2 of us with our luggage. We were on the top floor. The elevator did not go to that floor. We had to walk the last flight. These things did not bother us at all. If you cannot walk, make sure to get a room on a lower floor.
