Suitable stay for families and groups! The location is excellent, and the accommodation offers great value for the price. It's a good option for families or groups of friends looking for a budget-friendly place to stay. The internet connection was a little slow at times, but overall our stay was comfortable. Suggestions for improvement: Provide more kitchen essentials and utensils. Add more bathroom supplies and amenities for guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to families and groups looking for an affordable place in a convenient location.

This was a good hotel in the centre of Charlottetown. Clear but older. Nicely appointed rooms.

The cottage was very basic. We originally booked a cottage that said it fit up to six but when we arrived, it was literally just one very small room with a full size bed and a pull out couch and there was no way our family of five (with three kids, one of them 2) was going to fit comfortably in there. They were able to move us to a slightly bigger cottage with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two full size beds but they charged us several hundred dollars more for the switch. They heavily advertised a heated pool but it wasn’t open/heated until the last day of our stay, which was very disappointing for the kids. There were also ants in the cottage and the towel exchange often opened late. On the plus side, the property was very conveniently located in Cavendish, the beds and linens were comfy, and the TV and kitchen worked well enough. There were also bunnies hopping around in the mornings and evenings outside, which was cute. All in all, I was not very impressed and especially didn’t like the upcharge to actually fit our whole family in a cottage as there was no way our family could fit into the first one.

The hotel site shows pictures of the interior of the main building not the motel part. The motel part would only rate one star. Room small and looks like it was renovated on the cheap. Internet was weak due to the distance from the main building. If I knew I was going to be put in the motel part, I would chose a deferent hotel.
