Really like villa a lovely property. The pool was the highlight its fantastic also have an outdoor bar. Ive stayed here before and i obviously got a room upgrade as room i stayed in previous wasn't as spacious and it was same price. The staff all very helpful and pleasant.

Comfortable hotel with lovely pool and restaurant

We enjoyed our stay very much and in particular appreciated all the help we received from the receptionists and Vanessa in the bar. Lovely pool area and very good breakfast. It is necessary to have your own transport.

Ottima scelta vicino Pisa

Ho già utilizzato più volte questa struttura, camere spaziose e confortevoli. Ottime cene al ristorante della struttura. Piscina deliziosa. Palestra da fare invidia a strutture adibite solo a quello! Cortesia, professionalità ed educazione dello staff. Personalmente userò questa struttura per tutti i lavori che mi capiteranno in zona.

Ottima soluzione a PISA

Era la prima volta che andavo in questa struttura, bella villa fuori città a 20 minuti dalla Raffineria di Livorno quindi molto comoda per chi come me lavora spesso li. Ristorante buona cucina a prezzi modici. Buona colazione. Ottimi confort come palestra e piscina.

Piacevole hotel in villa

Mi sono fermato in questo bell'albergo ricavato in una vecchia villa in mezzo alla campagna. Pulito, ordinato in una zona davvero tranquilla a pochi minuti da Pontedera. La colazione nel locale adibito affacciato sul giardino è stata davvero piacevole. Non ho potuto approfittare del ristorante, ma ne sono davvero curioso, la prossima volta lo proverò di sicuro.

Beautiful place in the countryside !

Beautiful place in the countryside - if you want to run away from crowds choose this place, it is so peaceful and quiet with very helpful and friendly owner. Property is in the middle of nowhere though, do not expect bars or restaurants around just land. It has beautiful big garden where you can unwind after busy day, restaurant and breakfast is tasty with various sweet options. Property is well maintained and rooms are spacious and very clean. Special thanks goes to the owner such a genuine person, he gave some great advises on where to go and what to see. We did have a great time. Thank you !!

Beautifully restored villa.

My room was large and comfortable. The building was amazingly quiet, even in the morning as people were checking out. I particularly enjoyed the restoration of the old villa and grounds. There is a photo album with before and after photos in the lobby.

Prisvärt hotell, lite off geografiskt. Rent och fint. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var mer italiensk dvs mer sött utbud. Inte så mycket utav den kontinentala.

Always travel with a wine opener...

The hotel is lovely - Tuscany charm, basic but pretty rooms. But... The kitchen was closed when we arrived although we came within opening hours. We picked the hotel specifically for this reason, we just wanted to eat at the place, have wine. We had to go to a nearby town, only 10 mins, a nuisance though if you have just arrived soaked and ravenous. As for the breakfast - super basic, no eggs. Not a big thing bit given the price of the room, disappointing. And finally what got me to write this review was a ridiculous note in the dining area telling you that you are allowed to consume your own food and your own wine in your room, should you need cutlery or bottle opener, they will come at a price and you will be charged for any damage to those loaned goods. The charm's gone now...
