"Good hotel in prime location. Stone’s throw away from Rossio square Christmas market and shopping area. Many dining options as well. The rooftop views are amazing. Supermarket under the hotel was very convenient. Also, tram 28 starts from the hotel, hence convenient to get a seat. Surprise dessert and wine upon check-in was a nice touch. We even got 1 free drink each from their lobby bar."

The only thing to bear in mind is that you may need to wait for sometime to have the room if you arrive at the hotel before 3pm. Overall I would recommend this hotel. "
