「The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

「Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the bungalow. Balcony view breath taking. Seafood rice in their restaurant was fantastic as was the free breakfast the next morning. We did the zip line the next day. Not for the faint of heart but well worth it.」

Trotzdem möchten wir einige Kritikpunkte ehrlich teilen. Auf unserer Reise mit 9 Unterkünften (3–4 Sterne, B&Bs) war dieses Hotel das teuerste – leider auch mit dem schwächsten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Erreichbarkeit vorab war schwierig, erst nach mehreren Versuchen erhielten wir eine Antwort. Das Frühstück war lecker, aber...

「We staying in the hand-built rustic wood cabin in the middle of blackberries [Mora] in the woods. You need a 4 wheel drive to get down the very steep access road. We left our compact rental car at a house up at the road [for a modest fee] and walked down 2km. The cabin is down a steep forest path. Didn't see evidence of wifi. It's simple and wild. Will not suit everyone, but we greatly enjoyed it. 」

「It’s an older property with a facelift. The worst part of the experience was Mónica in reception. She was dismissive with a smile, took her time at everything.」

「Las habitaciones son limpiezas y el personal atento. El restaurante del hotel es increíble; vale completamente la pena. Cómo sugerencia, no se deberían apartar los camastros, a menos que se esté en la alberca. 」

「Nestled into the nature preserve. We were there at the start of the offseason. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the view was epic. The pool area and restaurant were amazing. We plan on coming back someday to Costa Rica and if on the Pacific side we will spend more days here. Can’t recommend this place enough.」

「We enjoyed our stay at Jardin over Christmas. The room was perfectly sized for two people. We appreciated the air conditioning at night and the bed was comfortable. Plus, how can you go wrong when there are sloths and monkeys near you! The breakfast is outstanding! Don't miss it. We had activities planned each day while we stayed and it was a great location to keep driving each day to a reasonable amount of time.
