It lies on a hill on the Etruscan coast, away from the hustle and bustle in the midst of the nature of the Tuscan hills. The house belongs to the municipality of Montescudaio and is located in a quiet residential area, from here you can quickly and easily walk to the center of the village.

The approximately 40 m² house offers space for 2 to 3 people, the architecture embodies the style of a typical Tuscan barn and has a well-equipped, brick kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Internet WIFI and satellite –TV with Sky program. In the living room there is also a comfortable couch that can accommodate the 3rd Person can serve as a bed. This is followed by a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and direct exit to the small covered terrace. The glass door is also equipped with a tilt lock and fly screen. The bathroom is originally furnished with an oil jug on a sink and is equipped with a brick shower, bidet and toilet. There is a washing machine in a small passage. Central heating. Safe. The interior has been carefully maintained by the owner and will enchant our guests with its Tuscan charm. The rustic details are something for real lovers of the Tuscan way of life. In front of the house there is a small furnished terrace and a garden area with sun loungers and a view of the newly created natural pool over 40sqm, which is available to guests. Parking is on the fenced property and is accessible through two gates, one for pedestrians, the other for vehicles.
There are 2 more independent holiday homes for 2 (Villetta Anita) or 6 people (Villa Laura) on the large fenced property, but each unit has absolute privacy.
The highlight for 2019 will be the newly built community pool, which will be available to all guests from April. There is also an outdoor shower, sun loungers and in the water of the rounded pool you can be pampered by a whirlpool massage.
The village of Montescudaio is only about 12 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, making it an ideal starting point for both beach and culture-loving vacationers.
