Quite nice and clean room. But the pool was lacking. No guard on duty, jetcuzzi function was not great, and not warm. The shower down stairs was broken and did 🚫 t seem to have hot water. Buffet was alright. Great great. But not terrible.

The bed was comfortable, the pool was a fun diversion, and the Hammam was professional. Generally, the place needs better air flow as it seems they have a bit of a mold problem. Maybe it was just my room because the air vent in the bathroom didn’t work. With windows open it was cool but you hear the street noise. The AC didn’t exist—it was only a fan. Be warned that the breakfast is very much a Moroccan breakfast—the patisseries are good, but otherwise there’s not much for American/European tastes. Generally it was a good hotel and a safe place for a night. The staff were exceptional. I might stay again if I come for an overnight again.

Disappointing 5-Star Claim

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to its 5-star rating. The biggest issue was the smoking smell in the rooms, despite the hotel claiming to be non-smoking. The lack of enforcement on smoking policies was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel's location on a busy avenue with a tramway made it extremely noisy, and the lack of soundproof windows didn't help. The fact that pets are allowed in rooms added to the noise with barking dogs. Given these issues, I would rate this hotel as 3 or 4 stars. It might be suitable for smokers or those who prioritize other factors, but for non-smokers and those seeking a quiet stay, it might not be the best choice. My first and last night at this hotel.

There is no phone in the room so I can call the reception when I asked to the reception they don't have proper answer just laughing no answer. The water catel to boil the water is not clean.jim machine are broken.there is many more things I can't explain

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Geschäftsviertel mit vielem Verkehr und geschäftigem Treiben, dadurch war es extrem laut! Die Zimmer und Einrichtung waren trotz Renovierung bereits deutlich abgenutzt: Lüftung des Bads war kaputt (dadurch Schimmel), dreckige Dusche, im Bett lagen fremde Haare genauso wie im Bad. Wir können uns nicht vorstellen, dass hier gründlich sauber gemacht wurde. Immerhin gab es jeden Tag neue frische Handtücher wenn man wollte. Das Zimmer hatte solche Mängel, die jeder Angestellte ohne genaues Hinsehen hätte sehen können (z.B.Tür-Duschkabine hing oben nur noch ein einer Schraub). Das Hotelpersonal war nett und bemüht. Auf der einen Seite war es durch die zentrale Lage sehr laut, dadurch hatte man aber verschiedene brauchbare Essensangebote und Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür, deshalb 3 Sterne und nicht nur einen (nur fas Hotel hätte einen Stern verdient).

La description de l’hôtel ne correspondait absolument pas à la réalité. Pas de piscine extérieure, piscine intérieur non chauffée et sale, pas de piscine enfants, pas de tv à la demande, linge de rechange sale, spa et Hammam non inclus et prix exorbitant (150€ pour la formule proposée). Le personnel n’y est pour rien et a fait de son mieux mais il s’agit de publicité mensongère dont la responsabilité incombe tant à l’établissement qu’à hôtels.com J’ai fais une demande de remboursement auprès d’hôtels.com qui devait être réglé dans les 24h sans jamais aucune réponse ni possibilité d’avoir des informations car le chat avait été clôturé.

Mitigé, hotel vétuste et services pas à la hauteur

Le point positif de cet hotel est le personnel qui était très avenant et attentionné. Par contre l'état de la piscine/spa est complètement vétuste. Il y a un bruit horrible à cause des évacuations et des câbles électriques qui pendent. Ce n'est pas du tout un endroit relaxant dans lequel on a envie de passer du temps. La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos (pas de fauteuil ou de vue dégagée). Le point positif était le lit très grand et confortable mais sinon la douche de la chambre passait du chaud brûlant au très froid constamment, c'était très désagréable pour un hotel de ce standing. Le room service 24/24H est presque une publicité mensongère. Dans la chambre on a une carte du restaurant de 10 pages avec énormément de plats (sushis, viande, burgers, entrées, desserts, etc.) que l'on ne peut pas commander car en fait les seuls disponibles sont les salades et le tajine poulet. On a téléphoné 4 fois pour savoir ce que l'on pouvait commander et on a eu 4 réponses différentes à chaque fois pour au final ne pouvoir commander uniquement le tajine poulet. Aucune excuse du personnel / restaurant pour ces informations qui sont fausses. On a presque l'impression de les déranger alors qu'on est client et que cette pub de room service 24/24 est partout dans l'hotel.
