"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. "The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. "Very classy hotel with king-size beds, which is very rare in Italy. The breakfast is included and is the negative point as it lacks any fresh fruit or vegetables so people come with their tomatoes lettuce and fruits. It is served only till 10 so in the weekends it is a problem. Otherwise the hotel is very comfortable with 2 swimming pools and a lot of space. The building is stylish but lacks balconies to dry your things on. Apart from this it is an expensive but good choice for guests traveling by car."
