「The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.」

「This was advertised as a 4 bedroom but it’s only 3! The 4th “bedroom” was the white pull out couch in the dining room. In addition, there were only 5 forks, 4 coffee cups and a sparsely decorated home. There should’ve been a table inside in front of the patio door..instead there was nothing there and the dining table was where there should’ve been the family room.
