We love from the start, all the staf from the door (Roberto was excellent) to the checking and after the checkout, are willing to help. We love the room, hotel, roof top concept with the spectacular view but more than, the well trained staff all are there for help you. Thanks RIU Hotel Plaza Madrid for your spectacular services.

This is my second stay and I think in my futures trips to Madrid I will stay here. They upgraded my room and get 20% discount in my final food and beverage bill, as a Gold status. This hotel is very european and classic, conveniently locate between Callao y Gran Via Metro stations. The staff is very nice, professional and helpful. Will stay again.
