It was one of the best night sleep I got in a long time at a hotel!!

The room was perfect, i never went for breakfast

Treadmills are broken!

Check in and check out staff were very polite, professional and friendly! The room was clean, comfortable but the Hair Dryer that was in the room did not work so my wife couldn't dry her hair. That was our only complaint.

I reserved and prepaid for my room through Expedia, expecting a smooth and straightforward experience. Unfortunately, working with the hotel after booking was quite difficult. Communication was unclear and unhelpful, making it challenging to resolve even basic questions about my reservation. Additionally, the hotel’s cancellation fee was the same as the price of the room, which leaves little no flexibility for guests if plans change. This policy, combined with the lack of support from the hotel staff, created a frustrating overall experience. I would recommend that future guests carefully review the hotel’s policies before booking and be prepared for limited flexibility and support after the reservation is made.
