"Enjoyed our stay here. Especially for my mom’s birthday. Loved the spa. Place is farther to « downtown » 30 ish minutes away. Recommend driving as taxis are extremely expensive. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I am not usually a resort food girly but the food was actually decent at all 3 restaurants. "We came during the soft opening. We were only the 26th guests. The resort is eventually going to be beautiful but we went during construction. Even with the construction going on the resort was very beautiful and accommodating. The food options were limited but good. For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. The were great at informing us of expectations...
