"Such a great villa - big pool and beautiful grounds and outdoor BBQ/dining area perfect for social cooking, dining and playing cards. Inside of the villa was well laid out and maid service changing bed linen and towels was appreciated. Host was readily available to answer any queries we had. "There are not enough words to describe how amazing Gilbert’s place is. Arrived to a spotless home, and the pictures do not do it justice. It had everything we needed for morning adventures and afternoons on the beach, followed by incredible evenings on the lovely balcony. The building was quiet and clean. "The property has a great rooftop patio. The place hadn’t had a good cleaning in a while. Chips out on balcony and behind beds very dirty. Lack of some amenities like dishwasher soap and toilet paper. Hot water did run out at times the last few days. Towels we old and stained in places."

"We absolutely loved everything of our 5 night stay from the moment we arrived at the front desk. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with such professionalism. The grounds are immaculate and our 2 bedroom 2 level accommodations were 5 star plus. Everything you could need or want in the kitchen including a full size fridge a lots of fine living space. "Hotel staff very professional and view is excellent, but the AC in our room refused to work and it stubbornly remained at 24 degree Celsius (75F. ) at night and we couldn't sleep well because the room was too hot. "Stayed for 12 days. Had issues with first house and took two days to be moved. Second house had better upkeep. Pool area was nice, and was quiet overall. Cleaning was very hit and miss. "

"Lovely villa, very spacious, well located, kitchen is well equipped but outdated units, which didn't worry us as we expected the Villa to be a traditional one, which it was. Very quaint generally, the only down side was the very small dishwasher, which would be detrimental if you had big family meals in the Villa. We ate out mostly and it was fine for breakfast bits. Overall we had a great relaxing time here."
