We booked a Queen room with city view and ensuite On arrival, we checked in and was told, we had been upgraded We asked for a reservation for dinner, to be informed their restrauant was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! This was not stated on booking Room had a double bed, not Queen Had sky light and industrial view if opened the window, no window with city view Were informed a large party were arriving on Saturday night and wanted rooms next to each other Lack of hot food left for breakfast, we went dor breakfast at 08:45 Shower and wc open plan to bedroom !

Mooie ruime kamers met heerlijke bedden. Gelukkig kon er ook een raam open want dat schijnt tegenwoordig ook nogal eens een ding te zijn, schone badkamer, beetje klein. Wat ik heb gemist: een koelkastje en een lift. Wij zaten op de 2e verdieping maar ik kan hier dus niet met mijn moeder van 83 naartoe want zij heeft moeite met trappen lopen.

Ruined by poor construction

Very helpful staff, breakfast was good but expensive, rooms cold as heating turned off and very noisy. Seemingly there is little insulation in the walls and the doors shake whenever anyone on the corridor enters/leaves meaning very little sleep.

Séjour OK. Restaurant au top, chambre OK. Juste un petit bémol sur la qualité des portes à l'entrée de la chambre. L'isolation faite par les portes d'entrée est dommageable pour votre établissement. Lorsque mon voisin de chambre s'est fait livrer son repas, j'ai cru que l'on entrait dans ma chambre. Idem quand je suis aller fumer une cigarette, j'ai cru réveiller tout l'étage.

Chambre et équipement proposé très correct sauf que 2 Serviettes nettoyées mais sale... Par contre mécontent du service proposé pour le repas (Beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé) Ok pour le COVID mais ce virus a bon dos car une salade verte avec haricot vert lardon et 3 mini toast chèvre chaud a 16euro, une tarte tatin a 8euro, et une boisson eau plate a 3.90 faut pas exagérer. Un petit déjeuné demandé a 7h30 et...je l'attends toujours. Autant l'hotel je ne dirais rien de negatif même s'il faudrait vérifier les serviettes avant de les poser dans les chambres, autant les services proposé c'est vraiment exagéré
