This beautiful rural house with swimming pool in Cártama offers you a quiet and cosy refuge in the heart of nature, with spectacular views ranging from Sierra Nevada to the Mediterranean. Located on a plot where the friendly owners live, who will be available for any queries, the accommodation guarantees a family and personalised experience. The access road is not asphalted or concreted, presenting irregularities; it is not recommended for sports or low-profile vehicles.
The exterior is a strong point, with a fenced pool for the safety of the little ones and an outdoor bathroom for greater convenience when returning from a swim. The porch and various rest areas invite you to relax or even telework enjoying the outdoors and the sun. Perfect for disconnecting without giving up connectivity thanks to wifi and air conditioning in all rooms.
In its 80 m² distributed over two floors, the house has three bedrooms for up to six people (although the official capacity is for five), with a double bed and a single bed on the attic-style upper floor, ideal for children and teenagers, and two bedrooms with double beds on the lower floor, next to a spacious living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more). The fixed wooden staircase leading to the upper floor is not suitable for very young children due to its inclination.
Located just 10 minutes from the main roads, you will be able to easily access Málaga capital, the Costa del Sol and other points of interest such as golf courses, water parks, beaches and train or bus stations. Highlights include proximity to the Sunview Supertirolina theme park (2 km), supermarkets, restaurants and Málaga airport (13 km).
