Staff were very friendly & helpful. The views from the balcony off our room, the dining & lounge area were so lovely. The pool was clean & the paths were swept regularly. Clean towels daily. The breakfast food included was just ok. Dinner meals have to be ordered in, if you don't have a vehicle, as there is nothing within walking distance. But they deliver right to your room.

Had a room number eight. Wonderful view. Overlooking the valley. The room next to us had the same view. Breakfast was cooked to order. Very nice people there. Jennifer and Brenda. The only issue was that it was difficult to get hot water though they could adjust that and did. But the water pressure was very very low. But otherwise they have a beautiful swimming pool. They're hot tub is simply a jet tub but didn't go in as

Not what we expected for the price.

Wonderful staff but hotel is a little bit tired and is totally over priced for what it offers. Beds were unconformable and breakfast was poor. Very expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip to Costa Rica. Great views though.

A beautiful place with very friendly and accommodating staff! It also has a nice looking pool and hot tub that I couldn't check out due to the weather. The landscaping is magical and offers multiple hidden seating areas. The vi we w across the valley is simply spectacular. The noise of the nearby highway can be bothersome when the semis are trucking up or down the mountain, but it's easily quieted if you shut the windows. The only drawback to my stay was the cold shower I had to take on the morning of checkout. The water was definitely hot the other days...

El personal fue muy amable, pero tuvimos problemas con la televisión por cable, prácticamente no funcionó durante nuestra estadía, la habitación estaba ok, pero la ducha era casi imposible de regular, o tiraba agua muy caliente o tiraba agua muy helada, el desayuno no era rico y los plátanos maduros eran servidos helados, el resto si tenía una temperatura adecuada. En general el resto estuvo bien, solo con las observaciones antes mencionadas.

Pratique pour visiter la vallée d’Orosi. Piscine agreable , personnel très gentil. Possibilité de se faire livrer le repas du soir (pas de restaurant sur place) En revanche en bord de route donc pour les amateurs de calme, c’est à prendre en considération. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais le traffic reprend vers 4h du matin environ ( nous y sommes allés hors saison ). Fermé par un grand portail marron ( sonner en arrivant)

Die Unterkunft ist etwas die Tage gekommen. Es sollte dringend etwas verwehrt werden. Die Zimmer an sich waren sauber aber die Handtücher und Bettwäsche machte alles ein schmuddeligen ein. Die weiße Handtücher waren zum Beispiel deutlich angegraut. Das Frühstück war für Costa RicaVerhältnisse In Ordnung. Das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, ist es abends teilweise recht laut

Unser Zimmer wies am Fensterbogen großflächig schwarzen Schimmel auf. Als wir den Rezeptionisten darauf hinwiesen, bot er uns einen Zimmertausch an. Im neuen Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick alles gut. Als wir im Dunkeln ins Bad gingen, war die Wand voller Ameisen. An der Rezeption fragten wir nach Insektenschutzmittel und kümmert uns selbst um die Schädlinge. Es wurden leider immer mehr, da sich im Bad anscheinend ein Nest befand. Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, aber schön ruhig. Die Aussicht ist auch toll. Die Anlage insgesamt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist bemüht. Das Frühstück war sehr langweilig.
