2nd time the owner says there is no reservation in order to keep the money and charge for regular nights, had to look for another hotel next day, I highly recommend CASA ARGON and PALATINOS cheap and parking at the property

PESIMO, RE MALO, RE FEO

ME FUE RE-MAL, Ese hotelucho es lo peor del mundo y sus alrededores, La atención pésima primero una una Sra mayor no muy amable que me dijo que yo no tenia reservación, después que le dije bueno entonces no importa porque veo todas las habitaciones desocupadas entonces deme dos habitaciones que necesito que yo las pago, primero me dieron una habitación donde la cama estaba ubicada de frente aun ventanal fijo sin cortina, o sea que el sol pegaba en toda la cara, y pedí que la cambiaran ademas la cama estaba debajo de una escalera y mi acompañante que es alto se golpeo la cabeza, después de dieron otra pero el baño no tenia tapa donde sentarse, y pedí nuevamente que me cambiaran de habitación y fue ahí donde la Sra que hace el aseo casi me pega me insultó gritándome que yo era una vieja cansona, Que falta de respeto con los clientes! Después en la noche tipo 12 y media de la noche unos niños corriendo y jugando frente a la habitación y los papás en una sola bullaranga, ahÍ no se puede descansar. Ese hotel es lo peor que hay, no le hicieron aseo a la habitación supuestamente porque no deje la llave, pero si tenían otra llave para verificar la existencia del bar cuando dije que habíaa dejado la llave dentro. No tienen baño social, no incluye desayuno, tiene una entrada que parece una cueva, con una escalera bien parada y un timbre horroroso que suena toda la noche, porque yo creo que eso mas bien es un motel y no un hotel. La publicidad de internet es falsa! NO VAYAN ALLA
