Excellent value

Lovely little hotel with its own mascot cat, Augustina! Basic, but impeccably clean, and ideally located inside the old city. Close to everything, including a grocery store. A great budget option.

Good location but room was small

The hotel was quaint but my room was tiny and the bathroom was small. The noise in the lobby in the early morning was annoying but the hotel staff were friendly.

The room overall was great. The bathroom and towels are nice and the area is safe. The first staff member I had was great and had customer service. The next two, one female staff member laughed at me. The next, gave me a different type of experience when I tried to check my visitor/ guest in. He then informed me it would an additional amount I’d have to pay per guest I had. Therefore, I only stayed one night and didn’t return.

Good morning ! Unfortunately I was not pleased with my stay at your hotel due to some issues with the room and staff lack of hospitality and services. 1. I booked double room queen bed with balcony however I was given a smaller room. 1. The shower drain is very slow and the water rises creating a huge pool of standing water in the shower which is gross can cause bacteria infection. 2. The shower door doesn’t close properly which makes water coming out on to the floor causing a leak and slip hazard. 3. I would like the manager to contact me personally so that we can resolve all issues because I booked this hotel again in advance. Thank you for understanding! The best thing going for this hotel is it’s central location.

Our 2 bedroom smelled extremely bad. Mildew. Humidity They sale nice pictures with bedroom with windows but in reality there was a kind of corridor with no bedroom and a strong odours of mildew Only the woman at the check-in and the checkout was kind that’s it the personnal is sad and 0 service. Definitely not a good place. At least we pay our bedroom like 90$ each Honestly no more than 30$ for this kind of sort of bedroom On hotel.com you could see pictures with bedroom with window but it’s a lie.
