So glad I stay at this location! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The location is also great, it’s right in front of the beach and there is a Mega Tienda 5 minutes away (walking)! Super convenient for those who plan on taking snacks around on tours, etc. The pool is calm and we can order drinks from the bar and catch the sunset from the pool, I would recommend this location to any visiting Cartagena!

The property itself is great, the surroundings are not at the same level as the property. Very lonely at nights, the beach just up front the property doesn't seem very nice. We really enjoyed are stay, we travelled with my wife, 1 son 1 year old age daughter 6 years old...

My experience was immediately dampened by the staff at the front desk. The ladies were rude and not helpful. One, that looked like she might have been the Manager, was so completely pretentious and could have cared less that it was past check in time and we were still sitting there waiting on our room. The next day I returned to ask if someone could help connect me with a tour guide and she just shook her head and offered zero solution or recommendation on where I could get help. It’s a shame that these ladies really dampened my experience at what I thought was a relatively decent hotel. The front door staff, restaurant staff were great.

The hotel was very nice, welcoming. I will like to give thanks to Sebastian. Sebastian was very welcoming, he spoke clear English thank god, he help me decide on different places, food option, and made me feel comfortable. Also Marco Julieth, Lizz ney, Maria,Julya, Fernando amazing people. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is the lunch, dinner the same selection I wish they had more option. Burgers, tenders that’s more finger food. I would like to try different empanadas, quesadillas, more Columbian food. For some reason my room was never clean after 3 days, I had to tell the front desk. I wish they were more on top of that. I also feel like they should have someone who help you book tours when you get there, that would be helpful at the hotel itself. Overall I give it 7/10. Thank you !
