Nice stay in clean simple apartment

Clean place with essentials- kitchen area, washing machine, iron, separate sleeping and living area. Very helpful reception, thank you so much. Only negative was room smelled of cigarettes from previous guests.

Comme à la maison !

Long séjour. Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Spacieux et climatisatisé Coin salon : canapé et télé, placards avec nombreux rangements (type deessing) + table et chaises + table basse, fer et planche à repasser Coin cuisine équipée : plaque vitro, frigo et congélateur, micro-ondes, toaster (équipement supplémentaire possible sur demande ex bouilloire) Sdb : grande avec douche, wc et bidet. Grand meuble vasque pour ranger ses affaires, machine a laver avec etendage. Serviettes fournies (main, corps et tapis de bain). Attention pas de gel douche ni de shampooing. Le matériel de nettoyage (sceau, serpillière et produit pour le sol fournis). Ménage par l'hôtel tous les 5 jours et bien faits. ATTENTION ! Contrairement à la description il n'y a pas de salle de sport :-(

Me ha gustado el precio:el mejor en la zona, que haya lavadora,buen colchón, ubicación , excelente la atención y amabilidad en recepción y del personal de limpieza. He echado en falta el servicio de desayuno que tenían antes,un tenedor o cuchara para cocinar para remover la comida (sólo hay un cucharón) y unos bols o tazas de desayuno.El mando del aire acondicionado tenía rota la pantalla (dificulta su manejo),el rodillo en el que se envuelve la persiana y el bombín de la puerta de acceso necesitan engrase urgente(muy difícil su manipulación así).

Very thin walls, absolutely not soundproof. We could hear people next door talking til 1 in the morning. We could even hear the person talking on the other side of the cellphone call. Throughout the night there was also a thunking noise in the walls, maybe the pipes or something.

En época de Covid las medidas de protección son más o menos adecuadas, pero los servicios que ofrecen en condiciones normales no se ofrecen No se hace limpieza aunque sean temporadas largas, no cambio de toallas, Nada de utensilios de cocina, por lo que el servicio es básico.

Es maravilloso

Me gusta mucho este sitio, es muy cómodo y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo tiene muchas ventajas, por tener al lado Bazar chino, tienda Kiwoko el centro comercial Espacio Mediterráneo un lujo.

Great for visiting Cartagena

The apartments are in an out of town shopping centre which could be considered a disadvantage - but which has offsetting advantages too. The main advantage is ample free parking. Free parking in Cartegena is very limited and paid parking is usually expensive. There is a half-hourly bus into town (takes 10 minutes) close to the apartments. And the helpful receptionist showed us where we would be most likely to find free on-street parking when we drove into town. The aprtments have something of the air of a student hall of residence . But they are spacious, comfortable and basically equipped .

Nice and quiet.

Lots of space and more value than a normal hotel. Could have been a little more equipment in the kitchen. Very nice people in the reception. A little shop in the reception.
