"Right on the main road in Pigeon Forge, with less than a 10 minute drive to Dollywood and other major attractions. A/C in our room struggled at times, but the beds and bathrooms were well-cleaned."

"Building two is away from the check-in building, and the pool area. The best way to get between them is drive. The breakfast was well attended to and the eating area clean enough, but the selection was limited and could use some bacon and/or ham added. The pineapple juice was horrible. Hats off to the nice ladies serving and keeping the area clean so don't forget to tip them. The location on the river was the high point. All-in-all, basic, clean, and comfortable."

Would definitely stay again!"
