Relaxing…Comfortable…Luxurious. Have a wonderful vacation in this 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Condo in The Third Creek Townhomes w/ Seasonal Pool/Hot Tub and Tennis Court.

Permitted Rental: Washoe County WSTR21-0012 & RSCVA W-4769. NOTE: Our permit allows for a MAXIMUM of 5 guests/2 vehicles at any time w/in the townhome and pool area (No differentiation for age - infants are included). No gatherings beyond 5 people are allowed under Washoe County permit rules and no parties. These are not HOA rules but county rules and apply to all legal rentals in Incline Village. Thank you for your understanding.

Everything you could want for a relaxing vacation - Fabulous location - Close to Skiing, Beaches, Golf, Stores, and Restaurants; Seasonal Pool and Hot Tub included!

For Summer Visitors: Close-by beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and King's Beach, CA.

For Winter Visitors: Ski or snowboard at Diamond Peak Ski Resort during the ski season. Great prices, especially for non-peak days. Look for on-line specials.

NOTE for Reservations over 28 days: There is no short-term occupancy tax (normally 13%) for stays of 28 days or more. If your quote shows this tax, please contact us and we will have it removed before you make your payment.

NOW, specifics on the townhome - a beautiful place to relax after skiing in the winter or spending a day at the beach in the summer:

Relaxing, Comfortable and Luxurious. Beautifully decorated and serene, clean and pristine. Come stay in this 3 bedroom and 3 full bath townhome located in the gated side of The Third Creek Townhomes in Incline Village, Nevada. This is an end unit will lots of light and a sunny deck which overlooks the common area. One bedroom is set-up as a study so you can work from home with high-speed internet included.

Vaulted Great Room with high ceilings. Wood floor in the entry, hallway and kitchen and luxurious carpet everywhere else. Quartz kitchen counters. Kitchen has a gas range in island, a wide window over the sink, and is well outfitted with small appliances, dishes, and pots and pans.

Quality Shaker style furniture fits nicely with our recreation life-style on the pristine shore of North Lake Tahoe.

Guest/office & bath on first floor. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet has a fireplace between the bedroom and spa tub of the bathroom. Other pstairs bedroom is a second master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another walk-in closet.

Near-by a path leads to the pool & tennis courts, a short 3 minute walk through the wooded area and over a scenic stream. Attached one-car garage.

Perfect Snowy Getaway.
Our stay was during the most recent blizzard weather event. Our host, Helen, proactively reached out to us and gave us some helpful tips and resources to help us navigate the weather and roads. The rental was perfect for our family and was walkable/close to the restaurants, shopping and skiing. I liked that the kitchen was open to the living room and was well equipped for cooking and having meals in. I especially liked that the home was clean and tidy! I would definitely stay again.

Great Location for North Tahoe
My friend and I stayed at Helen's place and it was perfect for staying in North Tahoe. Super close to the grocery store, we walked as it is on the other side of the property and you get into the parking lot by the gate in the complex. Helen was very easy to get a hold of and answered all our questions. She had snacks, wine for us on arrival. Very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

Wonderful location and Tahoe Getaway
We just returned home from a fabulous time at Helen’s very spacious and perfectly located condo in Incline Village. Helen was an incredible host and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo was very clean, spacious, and well kept with a fully stocked kitchen, and lovely outdoor patio. My family was very comfortable with three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The location was fantastic and had direct access to Third Creek’s beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. The condo is also walking distance to Raley’s grocery store and the many other amenities nearby. We would absolutely stay at Helen’s condo in the future for our annual Incline Village vacation.

The townhouse is in a nice community with easy access to a grocery store, restaurants, walking trails, a community pool and spa, and lake activities which are all within a walking distance. The property is in very good condition, well maintained, comfortable, well organized, and supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. We found that our host, Helen, was a very proactive communicator and available to answer a question or provide a recommendation if needed. One observation we had during our stay is the majority of people in the community are residents or friends/family of residents. With that said, we felt it was important to understand and support the local HOA rules during our stay, and there was no issue doing that.

Another Great Adventure!
Excellent accommodations. Helen, our host, was very responsive and the house was well appointed. There wasn't anything we were missing and the walkable path to the community pool (usually we had the pool to ourselves, depending on the time of day.) Proximity to shopping allowed for a quick walk for groceries and anything else you might need) The Hiking, biking and kayaking was outstanding and close by. we were 2 couples and having 2 "master suites" was rare and we loved it!! Highly recommended!

Excellent Lake Tahoe Stay
Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at this location. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location (within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants), and cozy. Lake Tahoe is minutes away and we were able to access many sites within a 30-minute drive. The townhouse is well equipped for a very enjoyable stay. Helen was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We hope to return in the future!
