Enjoy the use of two complimentary bicycles and a barbecue for sunny afternoons in the garden. Upon arrival, guests are warmly welcomed by Sylvie, who provides a personal introduction to the home. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living room with a cozy seating area, books to browse, and French doors leading out to the terraces. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals and includes a foldable dining table for 6. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with two single beds and lovely views of the estate, while a mezzanine area above the kitchen offers a double bed, bunk beds, and a baby cot, making it ideal for families with children. The house is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including Smart TV, free WiFi, Nespresso machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, tennis rackets, and more. Guests have full access to the estate’s large, illuminated swimming pool and tennis court. The area is perfect for biking, hiking, kayaking, or simply enjoying the scenic beauty of the Dordogne.
