Great place to stay! Close to Ballpark and restaurants. We parked in a garage next to the hotel for a very reasonable price. Staff was great!

Dry outdated system for servicing guest

We needed an early check in so I called ahead and had no issues and they were super nice. When we got there, checking in was quick and easy, but the parking situation was confusing and not well explained. There also didn't seem to be any way to avoid carrying luggage on stairs when coming/going to the parking garage. There was also only one working elevator in the parking garage, which made leaving around check out time quite a lengthy process. You could tell that the hotel was really beautiful in it's prime. But the rooms were outdated and in need of attention. In our room, the desk lamp's shade was very torn, the shower faucet dripped, the tub floor had obviously been repaired, but not well, among other things. The room was quite large, and the beds were comfortable. It was clean. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, so I can't speak to that. The front desk staff was nice. Overall, the stay was fine. If I were to come back to the area, I'd be willing to stay again, but I'd probably consider other options.

Everything was great except we lost hot water a few times. Loved the walk ability of theblocation
