「An outstanding place and excellent host. The prairie setting is absolutely sublime, and the house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed, including fresh cookies! We wish we would have stayed longer. Kevin was very responsive to our messages and even gave us a tour of his incredible prairie and grounds. You won’t find another place like this: it’s a complete original. Looking for an excuse to come back again for a longer stay.」

「This is a gem. We needed a few days away from home and this was perfect. There are many things to do at the property for all ages, hiking, scavenger hunt, exploring the creek, a fire pit, many DVDS and books, a well stocked pond for fishing. 「Memory making at its best! Not only is this caboose the absolute coolest stay in Grafton, it’s so well done you won’t believe it! There are so many neat surprises! (I won’t spoil them for you, but trust me, it’s awesome) The owner is very friendly and helpful with any questions, and you can tell he cares about his property and your stay.
