「Quaint, cozy and quiet. We had tickets to the Chrysler Center for an event and it was minutes from the room. The dogs LOVED the double back yards. Kyle the host was very accomodating and welcoming. Thank you!」

「Such a cozy little old house with so much character and decorated so cute! But most important- so clean! Although I did not use the kitchen for any cooking, it is equipped with all the essentials needed for any meals that you may want to prepare. The bathroom is a little on the small side but functional, the lighting is BRIGHT and PERFECT for makeup application! The bed is very comfy, too! This home IS located just a few short minutes from the beach- which is convenient for any beach...

「The host was very accommodating. Our family had an emergency and we needed a place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. Although this listing said no pets, she allowed us to bring our pets. We are so appreciative. The house was beautiful and very clean. Thank you for our stay.」

「Outside of the first night, our visit was great. We had a not so great neighbor on the first night however I was able to contact the host and they did everything in their power to make things better and that neighbor checked out the next morning…. So thankful the rest of our stay was so relaxing」

「The host being non responsive! Got there late (9)due to traveling delays. Had address and code, opened the door to be greeted by a large dog and man. That was not happy we opened his door. Messaged host waited 30 minutes and had to have driver take us to a hotel. More expenses. Got response 30 minutes after checking into hotel. Next day checked out and he said we could use house behind the original one. Inside the house it was 20 degrees. No heat on, could not get heat to come on, had to...

「The house is great and is very well appointed. The hosts have made every effort to make it feel like home. The kids loved the playground in the yard and shared the trampoline with the neighbors. Great for entertaining with plenty of dishes and utensils and pots and pans. Even an air fryer!! The hosts were great and answering any questions quickly and helped one of the other families recover a Christmas present left behind. Would stay there again next New Years! 」
