We didn’t stay there because when we got to the room bugs were in the room blood stains on the sheets blanket barely covered the bed and we ask for a refund!!!

The front desk clerk is excellent she goes over and beyond also the maintenance guy is great to he tries to help as much as he can..Me personally feel like if they get rid of the people with the cats.It would be a better place the cat urine smell is unbearable in some of the rooms.

The lobby was closed at 6:42pm when I tried to check-in. I called the emergency number posted on the lobby door and the person who answered was impolite and did not seem to care at all. Advised me to handle it with the 3rd party.

Absolutely awful experience

I originally made a reservation with a different date. After an appeal through Hotels.com, that was changed. So, first warning - once booked, you're stuck. They're not open to change. The room in the picture is seriously elongated. The actual room is tiny. But, the flooring looked nice. Nothing else had been freshened up. Dead bugs on the windowsill. Now, back to the reservation. The manager, ELI, didn't transfer it into the system. The lady at the desk was nice, but they wasted 20 minutes trying to send the reservation from Hotel.com computers to their own. She ended up having to type it in herself. I got two keycards. One didn't work. I went to my niece's college orientation and came back about 8pm. The fire alarm had low batteries or something. It beeped every 3 minutes. The property does not have anyone working the desk at night. There is an emergency number listed that went straight to voice mail. I left a message that I want a refund, put the keycards through the mail slot in the door, and left. Absolutely horrible service! No one called me back to check on me or to let me know anything about compensation. Hotels.com tried calling and got no response. They opened a ticket for me with their care team. This place is definitely sketchy.
