「Lovely, independent restaurant and hotel in stunning surroundings. The rooms are well maintained and nicely done. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and really look after you. The breakfast in the mornings is great and really appreciated all the efforts the staff went to over the Easter bank holiday. 」

Clean, tidy, really comfortable bed.
Had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had for ages.
The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the proprietors are lovely, warm, friendly people.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely return next time we’re in the area.

「Staff were fantastic from checking in to servicing the room and our needs. Nothing was any trouble. Restaurant staff were amazing along with all the chefs.

The only thing to mention is outside our hotel room door (room 5 first floor) there must be a generator as every morning from 7am onwards. Along with the sound it also caused vibrations on our door. So if you are a light sleeper bear this in mind. We were there 3...
