"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"The house was in a lovely location but was very tired. Worn paint in the kitchen and a broken glass cook top. It is very small, no living area and only one air conditioning unit in the hallway to service the whole house. This means you have to sleep with all bedroom doors wide open in order to keep cool at night. We had a problem where the very bright outdoor lights were on an auto timer until at least 3am every night and without shutters or adequate curtains made it very difficult to sleep in...

"Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. Non mi capacito come questo locale sia ancora...

"I think all you can do is drop your jaw when getting out of the car. The view, the house, the decor... EVERYTHING is so beautiful. We had our wedding here and we couldn't of chosen a better place.
