Wonderful villa with pool and outbuilding in the lush nature of Carovigno.
The villa consists of three independent units, perfect for those who wish to travel in groups without giving up their privacy.
The first space, located on the ground floor, consists of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom, located on the second floor, with a French bed and a second ensuite bathroom.
Also on the ground floor is a small nook with coffee maker and sink.
The second space, communicating with the first by an interior door, has a secondary bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and dining table.
The third space, or the annex, consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and another small nook with coffee maker and sink.
Completing the layout of the villa is the real jewel of the property: large green expanses, a swimming pool with sunbathing area where you can relax and sunbathe, and a barbecue area to prepare and enjoy delicious meals outdoors.
Guests have free WI-Fi connection, ironing facilities, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heat pump heating, and three parking spaces within the property.
*All four bathrooms in the villa have a shower each; one walk-in and the other three with stalls.

“Surrounded by the lush green of the trees planted on slopes”, the town of Carovigno is part of northern Salento, in the province of Brindisi, and is a famous center of olive oil production. The Castle of Carovigno bears the name of the city in which the ancient Carbina was built, and like all fortified monuments it’s the highest part of the area while underground it’s possible to visit the “dungeons” used as cells and cellars. Worth visiting is the historic centre with its four proud towers, three of which are still standing. Not far away there are the churches of the town: the mother church dedicated to the Assunta and the “Chiesa del Carmine', with frescoes from the XVIII century. The city of Carovigno hosts every year the “Press Tour Carovigno' which organizes guided tours, olive harvesting and tastings.
The historic centre of Carovigno is a 5-minute drive away, where guests can find shops and services, as well as the historic centre of Ostuni is a 15-minute drive away. Brindisi and Bari airports can be reached in 35 minutes and 70 minutes respectively.
