"We had a great time here. The The house was beautiful and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and all of my family loved it and had a great time. The furniture was very comfortable and two of the bedrooms had an adjacent bathroom equipped with a jetted bathtub which a few of us enjoyed. It was great having access to the beach through the gazebo and walkway attached to it. It was very private there and although there were other people on the beach it was by no means crowded and we had a vast area to ourselves. The pool was excellent and with the weather so nice we spent a lot of time at the ocean and in the swimming pool. The host was nice and was very responsive. We had a portion of a day where the electricity went out on the whole island and we contacted the host to see what was going on and she got back to us right away to let us know what was happening. We had a few other times where we had to contact her and she was always prompt and responsive. If you plan to come down make sure that you have a good 4 x 4 vehicle because you are driving a good six or 7 miles I think on the beach to get to the property. You generally have to drive about 15 to 25 miles an hour depending on the beach conditions so it can be a good 45 minutes to get to the home."

"Running on Faith - Our first stay on the 4x4.Wow, what an incredibly clean home, updated, comfortable beds, cozy open floor plan upstairs where everyone can gather while cooking or playing games! The morning coffee sits from the deck or the 2 chairs on the dunes, so relaxing. The wild horses that love to come under the house, if you forget to put the horse net back up. Easiest walk over the dune or short drive to the beach made it wonderful for all of us but especially our kids, ages 7-16. The kitchen was fully equipped for anything we made! The ice machine and extra refrigerator were very much appreciated. Communication with the host was prompt and sincere. You can tell he loves and cares about his property. We did not want to leave but left with full hearts after a week of relaxing and making memories with family and friends. Thank you, Tim! 10/10 - we will be back!!"

If you're looking for peace and quiet with all the amenities you need, this is the perfect place. The décor is beautiful, and the beach scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Our favorite part of each day was watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee while sitting on the back deck. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make lasting family memories. The layout of the house is perfect for our family which includes 5 children under the age of 5."

"An appropriately named family memory maker!This property has so much to offer its guests and sits just one block away from the beach. Since we were 4x4 newbies, we spent the first part of the week lugging beach chairs over the nearby sand dunes. We quickly learned our lesson and realized driving right onto the beach was definitely the best way to go!The home easily and comfortably accommodated all 18 of our family members. We made sure to take full advantage of every amenity, especially the pool, hot tub, and movie room. Plus, getting to see wild Spanish horses daily was an incredibly cool bonus. Highly recommend!"

"Hosts are great, had a short power outage on the whole beach for a few hours and they brought me instant coffee and came to help me light the stove and invited us to the local cookout. So nice and place is cute. We didn’t use the hot tub but it’s nice and private. Romantic setting- make sure you have a 4x4! That was a different experience driving down the beach."

"The house was so clean and ready for us to stay the week. The host was very good at communicating and checking on us during our stay. Kept us updated on a power outage that happened so we could plan our day around the outage. Very family friendly with plenty of rooms and bathrooms!! 10/10 would stay here again"
