The beachfront rental was exactly as advertised!Genevieve has excellent communication skills and was available to greet us upon arrival!The home was clean and had all amenities as listed! I particularly loved the location and private beach access!The interior decor was lovely and comfortable! I enjoyed the seahorse theme that was carried throughout property! Overall ..highly recommend!

Amazing oceanfront stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Although our trip was short, we really enjoyed being right on the ocean and being able to just walk out of the back door and down to the beach. It was very convenient to everything, gas, stores, boardwalk, etc. We will definitely book again!!

Wonderful stay!

Thank you for a lovely visit. We were so happy to support a local family and contribute to the local economy. After renting the one-bedroom for a girls' weekend, we are now thinking about renting the larger apartment for a week-long family vacation. See you again soon!

Very nice!

We came in late but we were greeted by the hostess. The property was great. Everything was clean and well done. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time there however because we we went to Bald Head Island for the day. I would have loved to hung out. Maybe next time!

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved our stay here. The unit was very clean, and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive. I loved walking up to the seating area on the private boardwalk to watch the ocean during my morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Paradise!

Great location

This was a short stay for us but Genevieve met us at the door, personally showed us the apartment and gave us lots of recommendations. There is a little book on the table with lots of information and letters to Duane and Genevieve that were great to read. We have nothing bad to say about this wonderful place. We would stay here again.

Relaxing and charming

Even though we just stayed for one night we still had a wonderful time. The beach was only a few steps away from the property which was the highlight of our stay. The unit we stayed in was adorable and very clean. The owner of the beach house was really nice and available for any questions we had.

Great for family get away

My husband and I stayed here with our almost 4 year old, and had the best time. The one bedroom rental is the perfect size for smaller families like ours and it being right off the beach is very convenient for easy back and forth potty trips with our young one!! The property was clean, the location was great, and Genevieve was very nice and helpful!
