About this property

New build home in quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from beach & boardwalk!

  • Relax with the whole family at this new (2023), cozy beach house on the island of Carolina Beach. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs for the kids, and a large, fenced in yard. You can also enjoy the grill and outdoor patio with the family. You are walking distance from countless restaurants & bars, the boardwalk, and about 4 blocks from the beach. You have full access to the driveway and a keyless entry.

    We love and welcome your fur babies (two dogs per stay) for a total fee of $120. Any additional dog will be $120 extra per dog. Please pick up dog mess outside and throw into outdoor trash can upon departure. There are bags provided in the backyard.

    Each bathroom will have two rolls of toilet paper. Any additional toilet paper will need to be brought or purchased by the guests.
