The Space:

The apartment features:

A serene bedroom with a comfortable King bed for a restful night's sleep.

A full, well-stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, including:

- Refrigerator

- Stove and oven

- Dishwasher

- Microwave

- Coffee pot and electric kettle

- Pots, pans, and dishes

A cozy living area with a smart flat-screen TV

A small private attached deck for you to enjoy.

Access to a ground-level lounge area with a hammock.



We provide all linens (except beach towels), hand soap, dish soap, starter paper products, and trash bags to make your stay seamless.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire private back apartment unit, which is reached by a set of stairs. Your private space includes the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and an attached deck. Reserved parking space for two vehicles is provided for your convenience. The ground-level lounge area with a hammock and the refreshing outdoor shower are shared with guests from the other two cottages on the property.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything with a nice mix of vacationers and year round residents.



Getting Around:

- Free parking at apartment



-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town



-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island



-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:

Security: For your security and peace of mind, a Ring security camera is located at the entrance of the property, monitoring the exterior common areas.

Shared Amenities: Please note that the ground-level lounge area and the outdoor shower are shared among the three cottages on the property.

Linens: We provide all bed and bath linens. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Access: The apartment is a back unit accessed via one flight of stairs.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or phone if you need anything or have questions about the area.
