「What a terrific spot! The bar was comfy, and cosy; the room clean, and tastefully decorated with a comfy bed, and wonderful view of the viaduct and Whernside. And, the fish & chips - exceptional! For us, the staff made our stay, Will, Courtney, Angela, & Val, couldn't do enough for us, despite a very busy bank holiday weekend. Thank you, we had a great evening and a cracking breakfast to boot.」

「The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. My and I were are aware that there was music being played when we went to bed, but I did not really interfere with us getting to sleep. Eat plugs were provided which my wife used. 「経由地として一泊しました。大きな荷物を持っていたのですが、階段を2回まで上げるのに、受付の若い女性が怪力で持ち上げてくれました。明るい受け答えで気持ちが和みました。朝食はフルブレックファーストをお願いしましたが、十分すぎる量で大変おいしくいただきました。周辺は公園地域になっていてとてもきれいなところです。ホテルの設備が古くなっていたのが少し残念でした。」
