This beach home exudes charm and comfort. This 1,690 sf home has great indoor and outdoor spaces to make your time here enjoyable and comfortable. Located within walking distance of downtown Carmel with all the great restaurants, shops, galleries and beaches.
Scenic drives through Pebble Beach, south to Big Sur or north to Santa Cruz and the San Francisco Bay area are all within reach. Nature lovers will enjoy being close to hiking trails aplenty and the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Living Space
This is your Carmel Dream Home. Enjoy the cozy Carmel Stone fireplace on the cooler nights and open the inviting French Doors to the private back patio on warmer nights. The living room has comfortable seating near the TV, vaulted ceilings and wood floors. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining
The well-equipped kitchen is a sun-filled, cheerful space. Enjoy meals at home or pop out to nearby restaurants for endless dining options.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with en suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and is located near the full hall bath with a shower.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.

The garage is not available for guest parking. The home has a driveway for parking one car off-street; street parking is also permitted.
An EV (electrical vehicle) charger is available for guest use. Guests should bring their own cord and adapter.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
