About this property

Wine Down - Carlton Month+ Stay - Walk to Main St

  • Summary:

Wine Down is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in a quiet Carlton neighborhood, built for guests who want to settle into wine country for a month or longer. Whether you're working remotely from the valley, taking a wine country sabbatical, relocating to Oregon, or test-driving the area before making a move, this house is set up to be lived in—not just visited. With Cascadia Getaways you have 24/7 support should you need anything.

    The Space:

The primary suite has a dedicated work area with a desk, comfortable chair, and a separate reading nook for when you need to step away from screens. Full-size, in the home. You don't lose Saturdays to a laundromat.

A living room you'll want to spend evenings in.

Sectional sofa, gas fireplace, great-room layout opening to the kitchen. Easy to host a winemaker friend for dinner, easy to curl up with a book and a glass of pinot.

Wonderful home away from home.

Property was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Excellent communication. Back yard was perfect for a barbecue. Foos ball table in the game was a plus. Would stay again.
