Great Place to Sleep

Clean/Comfortable rooms, daily room cleaning, friendly staff, breakfast offered, right across the street from the hospital, good location to food-chains, rather quiet area. Overall a great place to sleep.

The room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Great hote for a great price. Once we booked online, we received a welcome text message letting us know to reply to the message is there was anything we needed. We appreciate their communication. If we are in Carlsbad again, we will stay at this hotel.

Great Clean Room

Clean room worked perfectly for our family stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns. The included breakfast was a great addition that helped us save a little money and time each morning before heading out for the day. I will stay here again if I come back to Carlsbad.

I just didn’t like the noise from the medical chopper across the stree. The night we stayed it came and went five times all night. It was so loud.

Great Value, Close to 285

Very friendly check-in staff. Lobby and breakfast area decorated nicely for Halloween. Room was large and comfortable, beds comfy, enough pillows, in room coffee. Great water pressure in sink and shower. Nice towels, good TV. Nice continental breakfast to get you started. Wasn’t expecting a lot for the good value of room cost. Great coffee and flavored cream. No price gouging on cost of bottled water and soda sold at front desk. Not far from downtown part of Carlsbad. We visited the Caverns NP and watched the bat flights out of cave, very fun to see.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

My room was clean. My bed was comfortable. Quite neighbors and halls. I had a very late check-in, like very very late. The hotel manager granted me a late check out because of that. Also, after waking I had just missed the breakfast, but the hotel manager was able to let me into the breakfast room and provided orange juice and other dry breakfast goods. I thought that was very kind.

So i had a famiky emergency outside of Albuquerque a d accidentally booked the 2 wrong nights and no one could be sympathic to my situation and work with me so i will never book thru expedia at this place ever again. Hoping you never endure my situation and no one to understand and help a family out!!!!

Room was so hot when we checked in it didn’t cool down until 2am…air conditioner was not on when we entered the room. Generally dirty feel to the room although no obvious stains.

Can’t say enough good things about all the staff. Front desk, housekeeping & kitchen were all friendly and helpful. One suggestion the Continental breakfast is bare bones! Some yogurt, muffins & bananas would greatly improve it. Not sure who eats jello for breakfast?

This property does not warrant $140 per night. Very run down and everything in the room was battered looking. AC unit had an electrical cord splice that did not look safe. Not happy with this hotel.
