** Please check our reviews!** Lovely, spacious & fully equipped, 1600 sq.ft. condo on the grounds of the famous Omni La Costa Resort. The villa has 2 master suites with full ensuite bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub and private pool & BBQ area for the condo. 2 full balconies overlook the pool.

This 2 bed 2.5 bath villa was recently remodeled with full washer & dryer, air conditioning, gated garage with 2 private parking spaces & elevator. Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds & full bath, Bedroom 2 has a King bed and full bath with a beautiful jacuzzi tub. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the Living Area.

There is wireless Internet and TV's in all rooms with cable & Roku. Fully equipped kitchen with range, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig with complimentary coffee. Walking distance to the resort, Starbucks, grocery and more. We love the location. It is central to everything, quiet and safe neighborhood, and close to many great restaurants, golf courses, beach, shopping and activities.

This property is not part of Omni’s resort; and does not give you access to any resort privileges or amenities. However, it is a short walk up to the world class spa, restaurants & bar. Boys & Girls NCAA Golf Championships are held at the resort’s golf course in May. Use of the resort pools may be available by buying a day pass through ResortPass.Com.

Popular nearby activities include Legoland, endless beaches, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, Carlsbad Flower Fields, and Carlsbad village by the sea with an abundance of charming shops and restaurants and mile-long paved seawall for walking & running.
