We used this house to visit Carlsbad Caverns & hike Guadalupe. This was the best stocked house to welcome guests at which we have ever stayed. From bottled water, soap, toilet paper (nice TP at that) and even a sun hat for guest use made things so pleasant & easy to stay. The hosts really thought of everything. While the distance to the parks may seem far, the drive was nothing with the bypass around downtown Carlsbad. Great hosts, perfect house.

Great place just north of Carlsbad, so you're a little out of the way, but only minutes from some good food and drink options. We tried El Jimador and Yellow Brix for lunches and Lucky Bull for dinner. All solid options. Massage chair was a bonus (along with fresh blueberry muffins). Carlsbad Caverns was about 40 minutes away and Guadalupe Mountains National park was about an hour. Definitely recommend.

Great location for Carlsbad and Guadalupe National Parks!

Our family was looking for a place to stay to visit Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National parks. This place ended up being perfect! There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and the property had every amenity we could need.

Great Stay

This is a nice property outside of the bustle of Carlsbad. It’s a good midpoint for area National Parks and Roswell itineraries. The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and accommodate your needs. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

National park trip

We loved the rental. It was everything we needed and expected. The place was clean and had lots of amenities. The blueberry muffins and fresh eggs for breakfast were delicious. We even had a bonfire 1 night that was very enjoyable! It was a perfect place to stay for spending your days at Carlsbad caverns.

Great location! Clean, comfortable and well stocked

This was a great place to rest and relax after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountain National Park. The kitchen has everything you need! We were treated to fresh blueberry muffins and fresh eggs in the day of our arrival. The owners were so kind and let us know that the property was ready if we wanted to check in early. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Desert Oasis

Our family absolutely loved this place. From the fresh blueberry muffins to fresh farm eggs we felt welcomed and at home. The house was beautiful and cozy for all 6 of us. Perfect location to all local attractions. We highly recommend and will stay again when going to Carlsbad again. Cory and Bruce are excellent hosts.

Great cozy home

Visiting the caverns with family and this was a good location. Very well equipped home. It had everything we needed! Like new mattresses we great after a long day and walking. Great communication from hosts. Highly recommend this place!

Great stay. Highly recommend.

This place was like a home away from home. The owners have a very slick check-in process and everything was as promised. My only comment is that we were there to hike in Guadalupe Mountains NP and it was about a one hour drive to the trailheads (40 min to Carlsbad Caverns NP).

Perfect Base for Exploring Carlsbad

This house was perfect for me and my family. The house was beautiful and clean. There were even fresh muffins and eggs in the fridge when we arrived. It's very conveniently located close to Carlsbad, but far enough away that you have some privacy. It was the perfect base for us to explore the National Parks in this area.

Fantastic!

Lovely home! Bruce and Cory do a wonderful job of providing a great place to stay. The blueberry muffins were delicious and a nice welcoming treat. The place is well maintained, clean and with great amenities. The king bed was very comfortable. We drove to both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks from here. Highly recommend!

Carlsbad trip

Great place to come home to every day after long days of exploring the area. Beds were comfortable as were the community spaces. We enjoyed our stay. Hosts communicate very well so we could be prepared. We were welcomed with fresh eggs and muffins which was so appreciated! Thank you!

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Enchanted Desert Oasis. Cory and Bruce had fresh muffins and eggs waiting for us. They house was clean and cozy and very well-appointed with all the kitchen things we could need for our stay. This was a great location for us to visit Carlsbad Caverns, The Guadalupe Mountains, and Roswell. Our kids loved the house and Cory even left a swing up for them to enjoy.

Wonderful Stay

The house was clean and had all that we needed to enjoy our family trip to the Carlsbad Caverns. Everything worked and the beds were comfy! The kids enjoyed the goodies the hosts left for them- what a sweet gesture! We enjoyed the fresh eggs and muffins- such a nice surprise. Overall, this is a great place to stay and enjoy the area. We will be back for sure!

Awesome Place

Cory&Bruce were absolutely amazing. The house was very clean and had anything that you could need even for small children.We were welcomed with fresh eggs and amazing muffins. The house is in a perfect location if you’re there for the National Parks.Words can’t describe how much fun this place was for my kids. We loved every minute of it.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Big, beautiful covered front porch with rocking chairs perfect for the sunrise and hummingbird watching. They thought of everything, if we needed it for cooking or laundry or gamenight we had it!. They were so thoughtful to bake fresh blueberry muffins. They were delicious, we also had fresh eggs from the hens and small departing gifts to remember Carlsbad. We have traveled the world and this is one of my most favorite homes. Thank you so much!!

Carlsbad Caverns Getaway

When we first pulled up to the property we were impressed by how nice it looked. The inside was completely warm and welcoming with so many personal touches by the hosts, from the best blueberry muffins and fresh eggs waiting for you to the specially folded towels in the bedrooms. The host went above and beyond providing for and anticipating their guests needs. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

WOW!

This amazing house created the perfect, quiet getaway for my family. It had enough rooms for everyone to have their own private space and the living area was big enough for all 6 of us to enjoy. The property owners are very responsive and welcoming. We were greeted with fresh baked muffins and eggs. It is close to town for the attractions but far enough away to feel like you are in the country. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

This house was great. Clean, all the needed kitchen gizmos for cooking and grilling out. It even had an commissary. Owners surprised our group with fresh eggs, homemade blueberry muffins and even jalapeno poppers. It was perfect for us as we hiked during the day and came back to prop up and relax in the evening.
