"We stayed overnight in a cute little room that had lots of light. The bed was comfortable, there was a coffee maker, and fridge, TV, two very comfortable chairs and table between them. We didn’t eat in the dining room but my husband said it looked really lovely inside. The fellow who checked us in was so nice!! There is a gravel parking area. I’m sure when the flowers are out the property looks beautiful. "

"There was definitely a long term resident that had a lot of traffic to their door. Pool and hot tub didn’t open while there."

"I had to change rooms because of dirty sheets and then the new room also had dirty sheets and the front desk staff came up to change them. Sheets and towels were all dingy with staining and could use replacing. My second room was a “suite” but also.. dingy. I guess overall I would use that term to describe this hotel. The bed in the suite was lumpy and very loud anytime I readjusted as well as the TV was as small as my computer monitor. The breakfast was lacking and the hot tub was closed. The Indian restaurant was very good for dinner. Unfortunately not a lot of options in Williams lake and that’s probably the only reason they are fully booked. The staff really do shine though and I hope the hotel recognizes that. It’s the only thing that was continually positive."

"The chalet itself was ok, but the dishes were dirty. The manager did not tell us there is a boil water advisory. When we asked later after seeing the interior health sign, he told us to just run the water for three to five minutes and we would be fine. We were not provided with bottled water. We chose this location for the pool and included breakfast. Both closed by interior health due to not meeting the safety requirements. When we asked about breakfast, the manager said they are doing renovations. No voucher or packaged breakfast was offered. The grounds were unkempt with garbage strewn along the side of the main building. The "resort" seemed to be occupied by long term tenants with the fronts of units filled with garbage, broken vehicles and general mess. The tenants beside our unit seemed to be using a mind altering substance, swearing and loudly arguing outside our cabin. We were not comfortable allowing our pre teen age children to play outside. We wanted to like this place, but the title and advertised amenities (complete lack thereof) are blatantly misleading. As well, the manager did not respect our safety through the water advisory, tenants onsite and cleanliness of the property."

"Property was nice,clean, and comfortable. Not sure the bath fan was working was the only issue room 228 I believe, have stayed many times and never disappointed. Would be nice if restaurant was open a little earlier than 8 am, normally on the road by then but not a really big deal. Thanks. Jeff mosdell"
