「We had a lovely stay at the guesthouse. The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean. The staff is lovely.」

「This was my 2nd stay at this location and it was far worse than the last. The place was undergoing renovations from morning till 11pm. Hammers and saws. The first room they placed me in had birds living in the bathroom fan exhaust, very noisy. The owner knew about it and decided to put me there anyway.
