"My wife and I stayed at Serenade All Suites – Adults Only Resort from January 27 to January 30, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. During our stay, my wife’s Gold earrings, Pandora bracelet, and a few other small jewelry items went missing from our room. What makes this even more concerning is that these items were kept inside the room safe, which should be a secure place for guests to store valuables. After returning home from the trip, we also discovered several fraudulent charges on our credit cards, which made the situation even more alarming. We reached out to hotel management hoping they would take the matter seriously and help investigate. Unfortunately, their response was very delayed and they were not helpful at all. Communication was slow, and we felt like our concerns were not treated with the seriousness they deserved. Aside from this major issue, the overall experience at the resort was not impressive. While the property looks nice visually, that’s about the only positive thing we can say. The food was very poor, especially the buffet, which lacked flavor and variety. There were very limited restaurant options, and even those did not offer much selection. On top of that, many of the employees seemed uninterested in interacting with guests. Basic hospitality like greeting guests with a smile or showing enthusiasm was largely missing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying at this resort. "

"Beach was great, Expedia’s booked room was for ocean view, property does not have ocean view. Housekeeping keeps forgetting towels. Room smelled like heavy bug spray upon arrival. Front desk did not respond at night. Lack of music around pool. Lack of communication for activities. Food was good, not authentic."
