"The amenities were plentiful and the daily activities were fun. Loved the extra perks of free swim diapers for babies at the towel huts and reusable water bottles! Everything onsite is super pricey, however, so be prepared for that. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience!"

"I took my 2 grandsons, 19 and 16 yrs for their birthdays. The resort exceeded all of our expectations. The private beach was beautiful and we could watch the cruise ships come in and out. We swam with the pigs, went snorkeling and visited the turtles all in one day. The waterpark was next to our resort and it was a great place to get on the lazy river and enjoy all the other water features. You must know everything closes at 5 PM as far as restaurants in town, so it was a bit of an issue at times trying to find someplace to eat in the evening. Resort had a great pizza place and of course everyone must try the fish fry, which was a long strip of restaurants by the locals. Great staff and great people I would definitely go back."

"The resort itself was excellent only thing is try to avoid from Expedia. The flights (frontier) extremely horrible they flew us to Atlanta Georgia from Orlando it was mind boggling. Didn’t understand why we’re going north to go south. Also we were over an hour on the runway because they couldn’t park the plane and going to Punta Cana we were in the plane on the runway for 3 and half hours. Finally when we got to Punta Cana the taxi we booked through Expedia ( talixo) didn’t show up for 1 and half hour. So say the least our whole day which were counting on was ruined. So never booking again from Expedia."

"This is a 10/10 resort. The staff was very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help resolve any questions we had. Moses, the resort Manager was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us celebrate my friend’s birthday. He maintained in contact with us and make sure that our trip was going smoothly. Tamara one of the hostess at the beach was amazing, she continued to check on us and make sure we were all set throughout the day. Everyone at the resort did an amazing job. The resort was beautiful, clean and full of many activities and restaurants. I will definitely go again and recommend this to other friends. Billy the DJ kept everyone entertained while in the pool. We did not have to leave the resort. I couldn’t believe they had a disco on the property where they played amazing music and the energy was great! There were so many restaurants and a great variety of food. I can’t wait to go back. The room was spacious and very clean. We were in the Junior suite. House cleaning make sure we had everything we needed. After our first night, the front desk called to check in to see how our night went. The pool is huge, clean and well maintained. I have no complaints about this place. It was a great experience!"

"Don’t get me wrong very well stay and rooms and cleanliness was a top 10 only thing got me I booked this trip me and my family back in February flew all the way to Puerto Rico for the front desk to tell me 1 of my rooms were cancelled by who I wanted to no they tried to blame Expedia but Expedia had to no claim of this what so ever nor did I receive a cancel email it was upon the resort mistake but they told me I had you get daughters with me and my wife had to stay on different floors because of resort mistake asked manager was it anyway we can have rooms next to each other all booked up on count of there mistakes didn’t offer to do anything to help or offer anything to accommodate their mistakes other than that pretty nice place to stay"

"Helpfull staff, most of the restaurants have acceptable food. Nice selection of beverages and drinks. Big property, so be prepared to walk. Many pool options to choose from."
