"If you have another option for staying somewhere, please choose it. Additionally, please be sure you receive the type of room you paid for, as I did not. I paid for resort view & I was put in a parking lot view room. My room was right outside a nightclub that played music every single night until midnight. There was no rest to be had and that’s something I was hoping to do at night. Rest. It was vacation. My slippers were dirty (on the bottom) after a week of walking on the carpet, the carpet had crumbs on it when I arrived, there is nothing extra in the bathroom. This is basically a no frills resort. Everything is a charge, the umbrellas, the palapa reservation, etc., you receive one towel at the beach / pool per person, everyone asks for a tip - including the person offering cool refreshments upon checking in. I asked for the manager’s information upon checking out and it was truly an ordeal to get it. This vacation was the opposite of relaxing & I did not get my money’s worth for what I paid. "

"We were only there two nights, but it was a great stay. This was by far the best Marriott property as far as recommending my loyalty status -Everybody in the whole place. Loved the pool, but coulda used more loungers in the sun. Food and drinks were excellent, as was the service at all (especially the private island - Jennifer). And speaking of the private island, we loved every bit of it - The boat ride, the loungers on the peninsula, the food and service, and plenty of towels. The shuttle drivers were great between facilities. The only negative was the checkout process, which was extremely slow - There should be a separate desk."

"This place was amazingly beautiful! It’s very close to the airport and bávaro adventure park. The beach was incredible! The sand is so powdery soft it feels like flour! The food was really good and so were the alcoholic beverages! My only complaint would be that nothing was on time as I guess they run on “island time.” Also, there hot tub is not actually a hot tub lol which was disappointing because when the clouds covered the sun and there was a breeze it was cold. "

"Good area close to the water & restaurants room was good & clean check in was quick & easy & it’s not far from cruise port we will stay there again😊"

"The rooms smelled like mildew and mold upon walking in to our rooms. Bathroom had a leak from the ceiling and shower pressure was very low water was barely coming out. The staff were very helpful. There was entertainment every day. Jerk chicken hut was the best. "
