「Pool was not only closed but there were people in it running jackhammers starting at 8:00 AM. When I asked to be let out of my reservation I was told that I should have seen the word pool crossed out in the hotel description (forget the photo of a full pool). My bathroom sink did not have hot water and the bathroom smelled in general. Wish I had stayed somewhere else.」

「Amazing stay! Firstly, perfect location, literally 6 min walk from the airport. It is located by the sea with a nice deck to sunbathe and jump to the water for a swim. There’s also a space for the boats to stop by for all excursions you book or if you want to take a water taxi somewhere, so no need to even walk to any port (you would be located right in Bocas with loads of restaurant/cafe options around within minutes of walking). 「This is situated in a great location actually. Loved the patio & outside area. You can sun bathe, take a dip & watch the boats go on by. I just wish it was a little more modern but for a nights stay upon arrival or leaving & don’t want to walk far with your luggage, it got the job done & you can make the best of it!!」
