「L'appartement est très agréable et très bien placé.Cependant, nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement non nettoyé, vaisselle sale dans l'évier, poubelles non vidées, lit en l'état avec alaise sale.J'ai envoyé un message à l'hôte qui à part le "je suis navré ", n'a fait aucun geste commercial, n'a pas envoyé un prestataire de ménage et a eu même l'audace à notre message de départ de nous faire croire qu'il avait l'intention de nous dédommager avec une bouteille de vin !!! Sans nous prévenir...
