The apartment is located in the hamlet of Cavadino, along the beautiful Via Verde, a 7 km panoramic walking path that winds through the hidden corners of villages from Tosnacco (part of Moltrasio) to Laglio. Cavadino is about a 15-minute walk from the lakefront and from two renowned local dining spots: the Millesimo bistro – perfect for an aperitif or informal dinner with a view – and the fine Acquadolce restaurant, ideal for a top culinary experience. Just a few minutes\' walk away along the lake is the boat stop connecting Carate Urio to Como and other enchanting towns on Lake Como, such as Torno, Argegno, and Menaggio. By car, from the A9 motorway take the \"Lago di Como\" exit and continue along Via Regina, joining the SS340. With the help of a GPS, you’ll reach the property in about 10 minutes.
By train, from Como Lago or Como S. Giovanni stations, take bus C10 and get off at the “Urio - Ponte” stop, which is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
