"We booked a stay for July 19th 2024. We were going to stay one night after watching the Tour de France on Isola 2000. We left early in the morning with a Eta of 11am. They closed the road at 10am 9 miles from the hotel. The tour was going to finish around 5pm. We had to turn around. It was crazy traffic. We contacted the Sowell via email through expedia and the email they sent us. It was a special situation and we would like a refund. They never answered both emails. Very disappointed.. "

"We loved our stay, Host was absolutely amazing and helped us a lot with local activities and knowledge. The property was grand, with picturesque location. Great plce to stay with large family or group of friends. Fire place, BBQ or grill by the pool."

"Location is great, walking distance from ski front. However the property comes with no towels, no bedding sheets, no toilet paper or shower gel /shampoo, etc. all the basics that you would expect in this day & age were not provided, especially for such a price. I have never experienced something like this (no towels? No bedding sheets? Beds were bare and not the cleanest) I am not sure how Expedia allows something like this, I believe there are minimum basics expectations from hosts to provide...

"Très bon séjour, logement bien situé en campagne au calme a deux pas de la ville."

"Ein verträumter Platz in den Hügeln des Piemont, umgeben von einem Biotop. Wer Ruhe sucht, muss sie hier nur noch auf sich wirken lassen. Salvatore nimmt jede Frage und jeden Wunsch auf. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"La casa e' assolutamente al di sopra delle aspettative! Fornita di tutto il necessario....e anche di piu'. Ubicata in un luogo incantevole, ideale per godersi la pace dei boschi circostanti e staccare dai rumori della citta', comoda per visitare i bellissimi borghi a poca distanza, Ostana in primis! "Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolo soggiorno nella casa di Limonetto che è dotata di ogni comfort. La casa si trova in un borgo molto tranquillo e se ci fosse stata neve sufficiente avremmo potuto utilizzare gli impiani vicini casa. In ogni caso per sciare a 10 minuti di macchina si trovano gli impianti che collegano il comprensorio di Limontetto 1400 con Limone Piemonte 2000.I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili."

"The welcome by Daniela and Stefano is always a great start to a wonderful stay. The accommodation is immaculate in presentation and equipment. The local restaurants/cafes/chocolate shops are walking distance and the staff in each greet you as a local. We enjoyed the walking in different local valleys. We hope to return for a 3rd visit…."

"This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie plate at happy hour) and then dinner in their restaurant. Dinner was at a fine dining calibre with a modest price tag. Breakfast, included with our stay was filled with freshly baked cakes and pastries, fruit and delicious coffee. As fairly seasoned travellers, expectations in this mid price range are hit and miss. Palazzo Righini hit it out of the park. Grazie Mille!! 🇮🇹❤️"

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was so attentive and friendly. They inquired and arranged transportation for me and the owner of the hotel even picked me up from the airport! As a solo traveler I felt super safe and taken care of by the wonderful hospitality of the staff. Highly recommend!"

"This was an incredible location to visit. The house is historic, but well taken care of. As we checked in, my wife and I felt like we stepped off the street and into the secret garden. It was a peaceful sanctuary with many places to relax and unwind. The host was very caring and went above and beyond to look after all our needs. I would add that our room was air conditioned, clean and spacious. I really look forward to visiting again in the future."
