"The breakfast was outstanding, with a very wide variety of fresh products. The staff was excellent across board. Denise was particularly helpful and hospitable. She gave great recommendations and was kind and patient. Kudos all."

"We stayed here for two nights and were extremely disappointed, especially considering this is supposed to be a five star property. Our first night we were put in a room where the bathroom had a horrid smell that spread to the entire room. The room was also on the same floor as all the cleaning staff which was very odd. They offered us nothing in return for this very disappointing night. Do not recommend staying here."

"Wow, what a fantastic hotel. Super location for the Archeological Park & Museum. Rooms and amenities were great, the pool and sundeck perfect for a drink. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was spectacular, everything you could want for a Sicilian breakfast. Rooms were modern and comfortable definitely a value for the price. "

"The hotel is located in a car-free zone, which made it difficult to find. The parking options are not very good. We had to park in a lot a long distance away and had concerns about the car being left. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. Comfortable, large suite with views of the sea. Once we got settled, it was an outstanding experience to be in this area."

"The in-room WiFi wasn’t working and they said it wouldn’t be working. That the in-room was a third party and they had no control!! Out coffee table was about to fall apart. Maintenance did come to try and save it but they couldn’t. So we had to live with it for the duration of our stay. The bar was never staffed and we had to go search for someone to assist. This is not a 5 star or 4 star hotel. It is in desperate need of help"

"This place is tiny inside but the outdoor space makes up for it. The view, patio’s are gorgeous. The location is also perfect just a quick 20 min walk into Oritiga. Street parking was an easy to find. Neighborhood was safe and friendly."
