The location and room are great and we ate two meals in the Brewery/Restaurant downstairs owned by the same people as the accommodation. No map to show how to get to back of building especially when dark and raining. 2 bedroom unit spacious with good views in distances. Nice restaurant next door. Walking distance to park and river. Air conditioning a little temperamental. Friendly receptionist"

"Firstly the unit was lovely small but what we imagined Beautiful kitchen, lovely bed Traffic noise was constant being on the main road Over 20 steps to get to the unit from the back which wasn’t perfect for us The lounge was so uncomfortable ( fold out bed)and this made it impossible to sit and relax in the main area. Location was opposite the each which was lovely for walking "

"Comfortable, plenty of room to move around, reasonably quite apart from council road works up the street,good sized fridge and useable kitchen. Parking at property was to small for 4 cars, 2 cars had to use street parking."

"We found dirt and black mould through out the unit. The unit was dirty when we arrived, shower sprayed everywhere including the roof that was then rotting away. Furniture was filthy with stains and broken parts to it, making it unsafe. So much so I covered the couch in a sheet so we could even sit on it. 4th bed wasn’t even made despite paying for 4 people. Building was falling down and definitely not safe. We even moved some furniture out side that was covered in dirt and black mould as our...

"Empire was conveniently located with many eating options nearby, in house restaurants served delicious meals. Staff at Empire were very friendly and helpful."
