Two floor apartment (40 square meters). On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, on the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. Private outdoor space with outdoor furniture. Access to the pool. 2 sleeps

The apartment is surrounded by 11 hectars of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The apartment is part of a complex of holiday cottages with a big pool.

Loft:
• 1 double bedroom
• 1 bathroom with shower

Outdoor space:
• Private outdoor space with outdoor furniture (table and chairs) to eat and relax

Final cleaning, bills, bedlinen and towels are included. Upon request it is possible to arrange a cleaning during during your stay (extra charge).
Possibility to access to the farmland and the big pool (8mt x 16 mt) furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds

Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)
